Privacy:
Christian Natural Health (CNH) and Christian Natural Health, LLC (CNH, LLC) make the following statement: all client information is considered private and confidential and cannot be shared by any employee of CNH and CNH, LLC, unless otherwise stated by a written authorization submitted by said client.
All clients are required to sign a consent form which will be placed in their file. This consent form must be signed and dated by said client, parent or guardian prior to the first appointment.
Cancellation:
All cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a $25 fee. No shows will also incur a $25 fee. Said fee will be charged to your account and must be paid in full prior to your next appointment.
Payments:
CNH and CNH, LLC reserve the right to accept or decline payment for product or services. All fees must be paid in full at the time of your visit. Payment arrangements can be made prior to your visit. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 315-781-5114.
Refunds:
CNH will give a refund in full for all items (open or sealed) purchased in our store within 30 days. We will accept unrefrigerated products purchased elsewhere on a case by case basis and a restocking fee will be applied.
Cost:
All fees for services offered by CNH, LLC are posted on www.ChristianNaturalHealth.com. We are dedicated to offering quality service for the Finger Lakes Region at an affordable cost.
All prices for NSP products are posted on their website at www.NaturesSunshine.com.
Shipping:
CNH will ship products from its location via USPS. From time to time, CNH will also drop-ship products directly from NSP. It will be at CNH's discretion to ship via drop-ship or direct ship from our office. The client will pay the shipping fee.
Membership:
You may choose to buy product at wholesale by becoming a distributor with NSP. Ask our staff for details. You must purchase directly from NSP to receive QV on your purchases.
